What is it about?
Cooking skill interventions are used by health practitioners to assist people to improve their confidence and skills to be able to eat a healthier diet. This review shows that there are not sufficient published results for cooking skill interventions in Australia to prove their effectiveness, provide recommendations for practitioners and more research is required.
