What is it about?

Despite frozen foods playing an important role in our everyday life, little is known about the consumer’s habits at home. We asked around 2000 Germans in an online survey about their behaviour towards frozen foods and home freezing and analysed, if their behaviour increases losses in food quality. Differences amongst age groups were worked out.
