What is it about?
Bread is a food product produced and consumed by people throughout history. Its consumption and waste have a significant economic burden in developing and developed countries. We analysed the factors affecting consumers’ bread waste and consumption behaviour in Isparta province, Turkey and estimated the hypotheses based on the Categorical regression model approach.
