What is it about?
Many products in the market have failed, since they did not meet the needs and preferences of consumers. This study explored the factors that influence the purshase intention of a new product, before its prototype development. The factors found for Cerrado fruit preserves were flavor, nutritional information and health claims, in which they obtained different rank for certain groups of consumers.
