What is it about?
This article examines how digitalisation is being impacted by institutions, law and policy in the Italian and Australian wine industries. By exploring the perceptions of key industry players in both countries the article finds that institutions, law and policy can be shaped to better advance digitalisation provided institutions adopt a strategic approach, laws are fashioned taking account of international regulatory coherence, and policies are developed to address the needs of SMEs
