What is it about?

Clients' satisfaction in construction project delivery remains underachieved. One way to overcome this is through understanding what clients want fully. This full understanding by contractors enhances an agreement of the minds (consensus-ad-idem) between them and their clients, which will influence doing what the later group wants more accurately and thus their satisfaction.
