Nonprofit arts organizations often operate with limited resources and struggle to survive. Our contribution is provides a practical option for optimizing utilization of scarce resources to produce artistic outputs.

We show that analysis of the efficiencies with which these organizations use their scarce resources to produce their artistic outputs can identify opportunities for them to optimize the services that they provide to their markets and communities.
