What is it about?
We track the way a green investment reform process has evolved to help resolve environmental concerns arising from climate change. The case examined here represents an exercise of green governmentality for rendering climate change governable. This led to policy transformations of green investment and RM knowledge and techniques to create visibility of certain practices. This paper focuses on the mechanisms of reform to influence RM practices is illustrative, and perhaps an exemplar, of how these mechanisms can encourage voluntary responses to such policy signals.
