What is it about?

This work studies the thermal variation of resistance of polymer thick film resistors. This study also includes the variation of TCR with composition and grain size of the conducting particle in thick film composition. A simple TCR relation has been derived for polymer thick film resistors.

Why is it important?

A numerical TCR expression for polymer thick film resistors has been derived in this work. The numerical relation for TCR includes the grain size and volume fraction of the conducting phase.
