What is it about?

Par-4 is a pro-apoptotic protein with tumor suppressor activity. It can selectively induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It contains two important functional domains: N-terminal SAC domain, which is a minimum possible region that can induce apoptosis selectively and C-terminal coiled-coil domain which is a regulatory domain. This presented work is regarding the C-terminal regulatory domain.
