Theoretical proposal to access surface code only by two-dimensional wires

Why is it important?
The surface code arrangement of qubits requires three-dimentional acces to the qubits which are placed in the middle of qubits. However, in experiments which can be carried out in universities, three-dimentional access is not easy. Thus, we propose the method of the two-dimensional access to qubits.
Perspectives
We hope that experimetalist can set up the surface code in their laboratories
