Why is it important?
Previously, I demonstrated that PCA based unsupervised FE to miRNA-mRNA expression in multiple cancers. In this paper, using matched data set, I show that identified pairs are associated with the expected negative correlations between mRNA and miRNA.
Perspectives
I have used PCA based unsupervised FE to multiple bioinformatic problems. I demonstrated that this methodology can be applied to identification miRNA-mRNA expression using gene expressions.
