What is it about?

Resource partitioning is well known in birds along food, shelter, habitat etc., I have shown, for the first time, using empirical data, that birds do time-share when access to the resource.

Why is it important?

it is interesting to note that the time sharing phenomenon was properly documented using birds and placed into the context of resource partitioning theory.

Perspectives

Using only the field observation, I was thrilled and amazed​ to look into the secrets of the diving behaviour and interactions of cormorants.
