What is it about?

An account of the creation of an online timeline showcasing inspiring and scientific articles drawn from the Royal Society journals from the first Philosophical Transactions of 1665 to the present day. It also charts the progress of scientific research from its earliest days to the present against a series of major world historical events to illustrate the context in which each discovery was made. Trailblazing is aimed at a wide audience—anybody with an interest in science.
