Why is it important?

This simple algorithm enables one to quickly and easily move from a force versus time curve to a viscoelastic relaxation spectrum. The discrete QLV ("DQLV") spectrum enables simple, graphical assessment of what material model one should use for a particular material, and provides a robust Fung QLV fit in the event that the Fung QLV model is a suitable choice.
