What is it about?
An equiangular tight frame is a set of finite-dimensional unit vectors with the same angle between any two. Such lines have found use in signal and image processing, data compression, sampling theory, quantum information science, and so on.

Why is it important?
Discrete structures of particular states with notable properties are widely used in quantum information. Equiangular lines in a finite-dimensional space are one of interesting cases. Symmetric informationally complete measurements already recognized are a special class of equiangular lines. Hence, equiangular tight frames deserve more quantum applications than they obtained. The paper is devoted to uncertainty relations for measurements assigned to such frames. It aims to push quantum information science in this direction.
