What is it about?

Multiple studies have demonstrated improved perioperative outcomes following endoscopic strip craniectomy procedures following by external molding. However, some concerns have been raised about long-term impairments in growth and the potential for the subsequent development in intracranial pressure. Those surgeons who share these concerns will likely continue to use expansive procedures such as using springs, or single-staged remodeling procedures.
