What is it about?
Patients who have already had complete ear reconstruction surgery face limited options for further surgery if their first reconstruction produced poor results. This is because the soft tissue around the ear has likely been maximally used during the first procedure. We describe an option for ear reconstruction that can be used when most first line options have already been tried.
