What is it about?

We raised questions on “Accessory Nerves of the Forehead: A Newly Discovered Frontotemporal Neurovascular Bundle.” Where do these “sensory frontotemporal nerve” and “frontotemporal vessels” come from? Is this nerve a direct branch from the ophthalmic nerve, or a branch of the frontal or supraorbital nerve? Is this artery a branch of the middle meningeal artery (from the internal carotid artery) or a branch of the supraorbital artery (from the external carotid artery)?
