What is it about?

It is very difficult to find the full amount of long sight a child may have without using dilating eye drops which children do not like. In our photorefraction laboratory, we have shown that maximum relaxation of eye focusing without eyedrops can be helped by using a visual target which has just been watched as it receded into the distance.

Why is it important?
