What is it about?
Patients with complete edentulism in mandible or maxilla were selected. Each patient had 4 dental implants placed and a temporary prosthesis immediately loaded. At 4 months, digital impressions were used for definitive prosthesis manufacturing. Radiographic evaluation was performed after the surgery, at 6 and at 12 months

A total of 14 definitive prosthesis were manufactured and a 100% survival rate occurred for the fixtures
Perspectives
In my opinion, digital technology is a great resource. The dental team should take advantage of it, making possible to offer to the patient high quality restorations in less time compared to conventional procedures
