Late Stromal Rejection in Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty

What is it about?

Stromal rejection was originally thought to be an early complication of DALK surgery. This case series demonstrates that it is also possible even after several years. We also describe how we treated these cases and the long term outcomes.
