Why is it important?

Better surgical education can produce better patient care in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Perspectives

Surgical education leads to future patient care, so the higher quality of the former begets the higher quality of the latter. This is something we can all appreciate and should strive for, teachers and students alike.
