What is it about?
Fixed or growth mindsets in nursing education
Featured Image
Why is it important?
Fixed mindset learners fear failure, avoid adversity and challenge and do not remediate as much as their growth mindset counterparts. Growth mindset learners, on the other hand, do remediate, use errors as an opportunity for learning and do invite adversity and challenge to achieve mastery. The implications in nursing education are immense.
