Why is it important?

This was unique at a time when evaluations were conducted at the end of a course and collected by hard copy. At that time evaluation rates were consistently low even though evaluation is an important means for improving a course.

Perspectives

The creation of this on-line program was innovative at the time and exciting to conduct.
