What is it about?

In 2006, we published a manuscript entitled “Bilateral lumbar hip dermal fat rotation flaps: a novel technique for autologous augmentation gluteoplasty," Plast Reconstr Surg. 2006; 117: 1781-1788, in which we presented a specific technique for autologous gluteal augmentation, in order to provide aesthetic gluteal enhancement for our patients who experienced massive weight loss. This letter addresses important details regarding this technique.
