Tumoral Calcinosis: a Giant Tumoral Mass in the Shoulder Joint of a Dialysis Patient_x000D_ a Case Report of Tumoral Calcinosis: Tumoral calcinosis is rare condition in which a calcified mass grows around a large joint, and can occur in patients undergoing renal dialysis. We report the case of a 64-year-old man with a long history of dialysis who presented with a giant, painless mass in his right shoulder joint. It usually requires surgical resection followed by medical treatment. A near complete surgical resection was performed without muscle function loss and with no sign of recurrence after one year.
