What is it about?

Previous report demonstrates the effect of miR-192 and miR-194 on cyst enlargement in vivo and in vitro ADPKD models. Restoration of miR-192 and miR-194 through lentiviral injection concerns shrinking large cysts by reduced EMT-related genes, ZEB2 and CDH2, suggesting miR-192 and miR194 could be a potential therapeutic target.
