SD-RG rat is an innovative solution for establishing human lung cancer PDX

What is it about?

1. Rag1-/-Rag2-/-Il2rg-/Y (SD-RG) rat is a severely immunodeficient model lacking mature T, B and NK cells. 2. SD-RG rats can support fast growth of human lung cancer xenografts, while retaining the histopathological features of the original tumor. 3. SD-RG rats serve as a novel model for oncology research.
