What is it about?
By screening lncRNAs profiles in liver tissues of chronic hepatitis B patients, linc-SCRG1 was found highly expressed in cirrhotic tissues. Our results indicated that low expression linc-SCRG1 suppressed liver fibrosis by limiting reducing RNA-binding protein-tristetraprolin (TTP), which could reverse the effects on the activation of hepatic stellate cells induced by TGF-β1.
