What is it about?
It’s about a case report of urethra prolapse in a 34 month old baby girl, who was brought to a medical facility after her parent noticed bloodstains on her underwear, clinical examinations revealed a reddish, fleshy doughnut shape mass measuring 20 by 15cm surrounding the urethra meatus. The patient was managed using conservative management with oral cefixime suspension, ibuprofen and topical estrogen creams.

The study is important, being a rare medical condition with complex pathophysiology, successful management would be of immense benefit in health care and contribute to existing body of knowledge.
