Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery is extremely rare and potentially fatal condition. a timely intervention can save life.

Perspectives

Although extremely rare, anomalous origind of left coronary artery can be a challenging condition. Different surgical approaches have been reported, including ligation of the LMCA, intrapulmonary baffling or Takeuchi procedure, and aortic reimplantation of the anomalous left coronary artery, in this study we presented a minimally invasive technique for perpulmonary occlusion of anomalous origin, which can be considred as an effective and safe alternative approach for selected patients.
