What is it about?

Similar symptomps may occur in different types of diseases. If there are more existing diseases at the same time, the symptoms can cover the secondary or third diseases. In our case the patient complains three important symptoms; dizzines, fatigue and dyspnoea. The heart valve disease, like aorta stenosis resulted dizzines and fatigue wich may occur in the brain tumor as well. Moreover dyspnoe may take in the pulmonary disease too.

Why is it important?

Aorta valve stenosis is a frequent heart valve diseases beetween older population, who may have other illnesses at the same time. Knowing all serious diseases is very important in the very beginning to plan the strategy of the intervention. By this means the patient may avoid unnecessary, burdened operation.

Perspectives

In my opinion this case conteins very important and interesting knowledge for my colleagues. These informations could help them to recognize similar rare cases in the future .
