This technique provides an easier and effective alternative to percutaneous and surgical approaches.

Perspectives

Surgical repair of such defects pose challenge and requires facing risks which might arise from surgery, Cardiopulmonary Bypass and longer hospital stay, where as percutaneous approach is infeasebale in infants due to body weight, age and other factors like establishing a vascular rail etc. Our way provides a safe and completely effective alternative to those mentioned earlier.
