What is it about?
We provide a Web tool to run relative quantification, a common task in real-time PCR, including the efficiency calculation, the reference gene stability assessment, the normalization against multiple references and a statistical test for differential representation.

Why is it important?
The tool provides an open source, user-friendly workflow. Even though most of the tools for Q-PCR analysis are designed for differential gene expression, we also show examples on analyzing data from ChiP-QPCR experiments, and suggest (and evaluate statistically) various strategies for their normalization.
