What is it about?
Contemporary political debates often hit dead ends. We show that applying classical Chinese thought to contemporary problems like political narratives, police brutality, revolution, the place of robots and AI, and private militias helps us make progress on these tricky problems.

Why is it important?
We make progress on difficult political problems by re-envisioning them through the lens of classical Chinese thought. This is important because we need a social and political way forward that does not fall into the same old pitfalls and traps as Western political theory and practice.
Perspectives
I hope this book encourages people to think differently about political theory and practice. I really enjoyed writing it because it is a whole new approach to politics in our global world.
