What is it about?
After many years working as a senior physician-scientist, Ludwig Neyses accepted the role of Vice President of Research at the University of Luxembourg alongside a joint appointment as Professor of Medicine/Cardiology at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. The role in Luxembourg required a new focus on management skills with a wide remit which included establishing research priorities, building up the international research reputation of the University and managing funding.

The new medical curriculum which was created by Ludwig Neyses, incorporates the best elements of UK, US and European systems.
