Why is it important?
The article tries to understand the professional organisation of burglary by the help of the dispositional theory of action. It further argues the importance of collective criminal capital in burglary. This is also part of the criminological research that was firt done in Turkey in the genre of this sort.
Perspectives
The professionalism and expertise in burglary appears to be much of unconscious habituation of some skills and craft. Turning them into an asset—capital is just as a matter of conscious strategy and collective activity as a struggle in any other field.
