Description of the epideimiologic investigation that included 8 patients with confirmed Legionnaires disease , associated with a decorative water wall fountain in a hospital. Despite routine cleaning and maintenance of the fountain, Legionella bacteria were present, thus identifying water wall fountains as a potential risk in healthcare facilities
