Uses of the Shea pulp and nut

What is it about?

The Shea fruit is an important fruit in West Africa and is underutilized. We gave We have been able to show that both the pulp and the but can be used in a number of ways to maximize its profits.

Why is it important?

Most of the people living in the Shea growing areas are poor we have described processing, marketing of the products that can be made from the Shea fruit. We have also shown how profitable these products can be and how these products can be used to reduce poverty in these areas.,
