What is it about?

In this paper, an aromatic polysulfide polymer is synthesized using interfacial polymerization method. The structure of synthesized polymer is characterized using different methods, including Raman, XRD, FTIR and HNMR. Moreover, thermal performance and the stability of fabricated poly (p-xylylene tetrasulfide) is investigated using TGA technique. Prepared polymer has a potential for electrical applications as an electrolyte as well as a cathode in lithium-polymer batteries.
