Why is it important?

The book makes clear the very different approaches taken in Britain and Sweden in order to accommodate vulnerable people (whether disabled or homeless people or the elderly).

Perspectives

While Britain aims to provide choice, Sweden may take a more structured approach but offers a lot more funding... Guess therefore which one is more effective in protecting the people it aims to protect?
