What is it about?
Bicameralism is the parliamentary structure of 8 of the 12 legislatures in the Commonwealth Caribbean. Eric Williams provided a template in his own political advocacy for this structure in Trinidad and Tobago that was replicated in other Commonwealth Caribbean countries when they earned their independence from Great Britain.
