What is it about?
After oral administration of SNEDDS, the drug release and absorption (pharmacokinetic) depend and varies due to many factors. There are few issues with pharmacokinetic of SNEDDS which require attention of researchers. This review is a compilation of those issues as reflected in hundreds of reports.
