This paper sought to provide a fresh perspective on the relationships between persons with disabilities and those who provide services to them.

Perspectives

Health and rehabilitation service providers do not simply implement their services, or "do things" to clients/patients. Persons with disabilities are active agents in the rehabilitation process.
