What is it about?

Offering people more flexible practicies to manage their work and family life can reduce their difficulties resulted in stress et thinking about living the organization. These practices should consider and fit the need of employees because people's preference are different, so all practicies are not desired by all employees. For exemple, a daycare at the workplace could help worker who has children and lives far of his work.
