What is it about?

This is an examination of how teachers have used the Logo programming language in teaching math. Some studies show some gains in math scores and other don't, but in all cases, learning the language has not had a negative impact on learning math.

This overview shows that there is time for learning some programming in math classes without detracting from the math itself.

Perspectives

Math teachers (and most teachers) complain that there isn't enough time to cover the curriculum, forget about adding something like programming. This study shows that both can be done.
