The purpose of this study is to identify differences in the way professional caregivers in Japan view medical care administration in the home and in nursing home facilities. In a community, it is different between a hospital and the home or nursing home facilities. Based on actual clinical situations, it is very important for nurses and professional caregivers to discuss on the way of an effective collaboration in delivering medical care.
