Banana Xanthomonas wilt caused by Xanthomonas campestris pv. musacearum is has severely reduced banana production in East and Central Africa. This study looks at the modes of banana Xanthomonas wilt spread (BXW), the associated symptoms, incidences and disease incubation periods.
