What is it about?

The introduction of the last education act in Spain has changed the procedure for becoming a headteacher, and preservice training will be increasingly required. Given the need to design a training program for headteachers, this article contains a qualitative study in which ten headteachers working in secondary schools and a government training adviser were interviewed.

It can be concluded that Spain is in a process of change that will require overcoming numerous challenges in the future.
